One combined ticket for all three parks

Autumn is best enjoyed outdoors

Autumn is one of the best times to visit with children: mild temperatures for walking and the garden’s trees changing colour. At the El Bosque Encantado complex in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, one ticket covers three parks: Dinolandia’s dinosaurs, the living plant sculptures of El Bosque Encantado and the minerals of Mineralandia. It is around 50 minutes by car from Madrid.

Planning your family visit

  1. 01

    Dress in layers

Autumn mornings in the Sierra Oeste can be cool and middays mild. Wear layers and comfortable shoes, as paths may have leaves and mud after rain.

  2. 02

    Check the weather and hours

This is an outdoor visit. Check the forecast and the day’s opening hours before leaving; it gets dark earlier in autumn.

  3. 03

    Look for the colours

Allow two to four hours to explore calmly: children love spotting dinosaurs and figures among the autumn trees.

For an afternoon visit, remember that Dinolandia’s dinosaurs stop operating at 19:00. Check opening hours and evening ticket conditions if you would like to see the illuminated garden.
