- Dinolandia switches off at 19:00, and the lights at El Bosque Encantado come on at 19:30 (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- In summer, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, the park closes at 14:00 and reopens at 18:00 (until mid-September). Hours vary: always check the opening-hours page.
- We have our own catering facilities. You may bring bottles of water and ready-made sandwiches for personal consumption in a small backpack or bag. Cool boxes and lunch boxes are not allowed. Picnic tables and benches are available in Dinolandia and El Bosque Encantado.
- Child tickets are for ages 3–12. A visit takes between two and four hours.
